Are drinks better when they are diet or regular?!

Question: Are drinks better when they are diet or regular!?
Answers:
It depends -- regular drinks are high in sugar, and diet drinks are high in chemicals that may have toxic effects!. If you're concerned with your health, you're better off eliminating them completely or keeping yourself to one can a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular is better, none is better yet!.
the chemicals that are in any sodas are like poison-Artificial, coloring, flavorings, excessive amts of sodium, perservatives!.
Carbonation make one bloated and the sodium retains fluids!.
Artificial sugar is not good for anyone!.
Excessive use could lead to serious health issues!. I do not know the upside to sodas!. Pepsi and coke are addictive, as well!. Diet Pepsi more so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular tastes better and we know what sugar does to us, but artificial sweeteners are still so new!.!.!. I'd say just limit sodas and drink more water!.

When I was in college, by the way, one student told our physical education teacher how she drank more than a two liter bottle of Mountain Dew or Sprite (can't remember which) daily, he nearly had a coronary and gave a huge lecture on what it does to your body to drink so much soda!. A bit with a meal a day is not too bad, but don't go crazy with it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the jury is still out on Artificial sweetner, some say its really bad and some say its not!?!?
i do know that regular cola is full of sugar and calories though!.
I wouldn't think that either is very good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Diet sodas make you want to drink more which is not good and a regular soda with caffeine stops you growing taller and it gives you headaches the next dayWww@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on your opinion!. In my opinion, regular is better b/c they use real sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if your talking about taste its regular if your dieting diet soda is betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

regular
diet just tastes nastyWww@FoodAQ@Com
