Dunkin donuts gave me the wrong thing? difference please?!
it's either that they're stupid or i'm stupid!. but i went to my local DD and ordered a hazelnut iced latte!. and guess what!? they gave me this:

what's the difference!? and no seriously i asked them for a iced latte with hazelnui flavor, not a iced coffee but it looked like ice coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hazelnut iced lattes usually don't include whipped cream and look like the first picture!. It just consists of milk, espresso, and hazelnut flavorings!. so I think you got what you asked for!.
The second picture looks like an iced mocha of some sort!. It has whipped cream and chocolate syrup or something on the bottom, so next time, you might want to try a chocolatey drink or ask the person at the counter what the drink is called!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What did you say to them!?
When you tasted it and it was not what you wanted, you should have taken it back to the counter and said
"I'm sorry this is not what I expected - I ordered a hazelnut iced latte and I don't think this is what I have here" - then point to the picture of what you expected - if you have any problems, ask to see the manager!. When you the manager arrives, explain you are not being difficult, but, the drink you have in your cup is not what you expected, when you ordered a hazelnut latte!.
If you still have problems write a letter enclosing print-outs of the photographs to:-
The Complaints Department
Head Office
Dunkin Donuts!.
If you still have problems complain to the ombudsman
stating the steps you have taken so far, and your lack of satisfaction!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
