It uses an artificial sweetener, probably Aspartame!. It is about 100x sweeter than sugar, but is not sugar!. In my opinion, it tastes like crap and its also not very good for you!.

It is just the fake sugar that is in it and all of it is just chemicals!. Normal sugar is actually way more healthy for you than that crap "substitute sweetener" because it is more natural and isn't composed of like a lot of chemicals made in labs!. Plus the real thing tastes much better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coke Zero and other diet sodas contain either Splenda or some other no calorie sweetener!. Splenda is made from sugar so it has a similar taste but there are differences!. That's probably why Coke Zero tastes sweeter to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
