Answers:
Per 1 can of coke, you will probably need to drink about 3 bottles of water to clear it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drinking water won't really wash it out!. First the water in the Coke is seperated from all of the other ingrediants and is used right away!. The other ingredients are still processed and used by your body!. While water can be used and excreated in as little as 15 minutes anything that is not water can be around for hours or even days!.

Fasting is a way to cleanse your system!. That means drinking water only and not eating anything!. The bare minimum that fasting should be done is 3 days!. 5 days is normally much better!. Fasting will be the only real way that you can wash out the coke!.

Unless of course you did not acutally use all of the ingredients!. Some of them could have been stored as fat and even with a fast of this time can leave it behind!. Maybe a full on 40 day fast is what you require!.

Basically just drink some water simply becuase caffeine takes more water to process than the coke provides!. So it actually dehydrates you!. You should do this between 15 - 30 minutes to help offset the caffeine!. Other than that don't worry about it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
