Is it bad to add Sugar and Milk/Cream to Espresso!?!? Im new to espresso!lol So i just got a new espresso machine and i don't know much about espresso! I just made an espresso and it was very strong!. i dont know if it was bad that i added sugar and milk/cream to it!.!. not sure if that ruins the whole meaning of 'espresso' !.!.Is it bad!? or is it normal to add milk/cream and sugar to espresso!.!.!.!. to me espresso is about pure coffee flavor, I like a lemon rind to knock off the bitter after taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
