one of the most expensive spices, called cardamon!. it hasittle black seed in it and as antibectrial effect!. bad breadth is due to bacreria decomposing the carbohydrates particals in your mouth and the plaque that is resulting from it!. you dont just eat the cardamon and thats it!. but you can keep chewing it slowly like a gum!. first it is little bitter but you will love the smell and its effects within 5 minutes!. you van always keep it in your pocket!. it also quenches your thurst, good gor digestion too!. another thing is tea made from Thyme!. few leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes!. it also have antibacterial and antiflamatory effect which soothe the gums and help prevent the plaque from building on your teeth!. its extract is used in listerene!. i like to cure the cause of the bad breath not just cover it with bubble gums and other stuff!. the parsely also works but for the short time!. chewing whole black pepper at night before brushing can help you wake up without any bad breath at all in the morning!. its also acts against the bacteria!. avoid teas before you go to sleep and all the sugery and starchy stuff!. brush teeth 2-3 times and drink lots of water!. dry mouth causes bad breath too hope it helps and good luck~!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really depends what is causing the bad breath!. Bad breath is usually caused by rotting food stuck between the teeth or gum disease; less often by digestive disorders!.
