It's Mah-Key-Ah-Toe!. It means marked!.
It has vanilla syrup, milk, espresso and caramel drizzle on top!.
They're both good Hot or Iced!. But I prefer the iced better!.
Upside down means that the espresso goes into the cup before the milk, usually it's the other way around!. It just makes it so that the drink is all mixed up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh that is my favorite, I always mess up the pronunciation but I order it all the time, they will know what you're talking about I normally get extra carmel on it!. Its good both ways iced or hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
