Question: Do you have a smoothie recipe for lactose intolerant people!?
Answers:
YES I DO!. i made this for a few of my vegan friends, and they really really loved it!.


Put 2 cups of strawberries, one banana, 1/2 a cup of mangoes, and peaches in a blender!.

blend until the fruit mixture is well blended into a pulp, then add Orange Juice and ice!.

Blend until smooth, and then add sugar to tastes!.

its really simple, but relaly good!. and personally, i like it better without the milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

these are soy but the other link has almond milk smoothies just type in milk alternatives and then take them and type in things like almond milk smoothies for many different recipes

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1/2 box soft tofu(about 6 ounces)
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana, cut into pieces
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup ice

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then serve!.

Use soy milk or lactose free milk and add frozen fruit for the ice part!. You can also add in a pack of instant Plain oatmeal if you want it to be more filling - just blend it really good (liquify)!.

You can also try adding ice and some pureed peanuts and chocolate powder!.
