Do vitamins expire?!
I was looking on the bottle and didn't see any sort of expiration date, was just curious if it would still be ok to take them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamins do expire!. If u cant see any kind of expiry date on the pack then firstly its probably not from a good company so there is no guarantee that they will benefit you!. Instead they may cause harm so confirm with your doc!. Else check for the manufacturing date and consume them within a year!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes, vitamins have expiration dates on them!. If they do not then they are really, really old or the vitmin company is in violation of federal policy!. In either case I would not take them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
