Answers:
strong coffee dehydrates you, leaving you dizzy, jittery and sick, try drinking water, you'll notice the difference when your urine stops smelling so strong and symptoms stop/ your prob pregnant so drink water anyway and see a doctor/ i love coffee too, but i can control myself & only drink 2 cups a day followed with water, thats how i keep healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

You're just sensitive to the caffeine for some reason!.

If you're on any medications, that could explain it!.!.!. also, if you've changed your diet or exercise habits!. also, your sleep patterns can impact coffee's effect!.

A final thing -- check your coffee!. I only drink it occasionally, but have noticed HUGE differences with different kinds!. At work, they have several varieties!. I unthinkingly switched from the normal kind to this 'Bistro Dark Roast' or something, and it gave me the worst jitters for an hour!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have asthma!? I have asthma and this used to happen to me a lot!. It's not as bad anymore, but for a while I stopped drinking coffee completely!. Decaf would probably help, as the others have said!.

For me it's interesting, because they actually say that strong coffee helps severe asthmatics when they have an attack, so I don't know if it was opening my airways more and I'm not used to breathing that deeply or what the issue was!. But that's something to think about if you are an asthmatic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Caffeine is a funny drug!.
Not only is it a stimulant, but it is very addictive!.

You took to much!. Water it down with water, or ice, milk!.
Caffeine also robs a person of moisture in the body!. We are made up of water, caffeine is one of the drugs that takes the water from us, best to drink water with coffee!.
Instead of adhd drugs which are stimulants I drink coffee!.!.!.!.!.it reacts differently for some people!.
Addicts may have headaches
(withdrawals) when trying to cut back!.

Just be careful with any drug we put in are bodies!. You "over dosed" yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The very same thing happened to me! I used to drink coffee several times a day and then all of a sudden those same symptoms happened!. Have no earthly idea why!. I tried diff coffees, even (yuk) decaf!. I am now down to maybe one cup every other day!.!. and even then I get dizzy and so shaky!. But then I am in my 50s so no telling!. I wake up craving the stuff but then get afraid to drink it!. Oh well!.!. have even tried just drinking coco in the a!.m!. Ewww!. My Dr!. could not give me any good reason for it!. Perhaps we have developed an allergy to it!. I would like to know myself!. Hope someone can give you the answer to this!. "Fresh" has good point!. I find myself having to drink several glasses of water after even just a cup of coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you switched brands or strengths!? Too much caffeine can make me jittery, especially on an empty stomach!. Try making your coffee a little weaker and see if that helps!.

Have you started taking any new prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, or vitamins!? Some of those may contain caffeine (or other stimulants) as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something has had to change!. Did you switch brands!? Are you taking anything else, not just meds but food changes!? Maybe a pregnancy or illness!. Some symptoms show up before others!.

also many allergies seem to develop over time!. It might be possible you developed an allergy to caffeine!. I met someone like that!. Poor thing can't even have any chocolate!.

Maybe try fasting for a few days or a detox program and see if that helps!. It also could not hurt to ask your doctor too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have the same problem!. I am sorry, but I DO NOT know the reasoning for it!. I switched to drinking cappuccinos instead and have no problem!. I do believe that there is a new "sensitive stomach" coffee formula out there!. Try looking up the major brands of coffee on the internet!. If there really is a such thing I'm sure they'd have it on their site!. Or maybe call your grocery store and ask!.

Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should try to make it not as strong as you usually make it!.

also, it might have something to do with the weather!. IDK, though, if that has anything to do with it!.

I have had the same problem, and it turns out when I got my new job, I started getting less sleep, which affected the way I reacted when I drank coffee!. Weird, huh!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would imagine you have been drinking too much caffiene!. You can get great decaf coffee now, you soon won't notice the difference!. Plus it should make you feel better cos caffiene's not good for your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you pregnant!? If so, that would explain it! Many women find they physically can't drink coffee or alcohol especially during early pregnancy!. It's the body's natural way of telling you "no"!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You might be more stressed then normal, the chemicals in your body are constantly changing, caffiene might be too much for you right now, switch to decaf for the time being I guess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you went with a type of coffee that has more caffeine or sugar than you are used to, then your body may have reacted to the extra jolt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I get the same feeling, the caffeine bothers you, switch to decaf, still tastes the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
