I took 1200 mg caffeine in 4 days?!

That is not good!. Once you reach 300 mg of caffeine a day you start to have problems with many health conditions from too much caffeine!. It not only depletes your body of calcium but it also depletes it of B Vitamins (which are necessary for mental and physical energy themselve) and it also dehydrates you!. It takes more water to process caffeine than a normal caffeinated beverage contains so even by getting your caffeine in a drink does you no good!.
