For all barista's?!
what do you think makes the coffee the technology or the technique i need to knowWww@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
its a little bit of both!.
if your talkign about coffee, its more of the quality also!. I get all of my coffee beans roasted fresh from a private coffee roaster, and i grind the beans myself!.
For the best coffee, its usually the shelf life that makes the coffee tastes bitter!. Coffee should only be kept two weeks from when it was roaste,d after that, the oils get all funky and it starts tasting gross!.
but other than the beans, the technique matters also!. Its a matter of personal tastes, but generally, il ike 4 table spoons per cup of coffee!.
also, make sure your coffee doesn't sit for more than 20 mintues after its brewed, after that, its no good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
