What's Reverse Osmosis water?!
I'm drinking a lot of it, and I'm scared it's not real water, and losing lots of my daily water intake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's "real" water but it's water that has gone through an evaporation system--they let the water turn into vapor, then collect the vapor drips!. The resulting water has no minerals in it since the minerals are too heavy to stay in the water vapor!. This "RO" water is good to use in machinery since you'll not get a mineral build up!. But it's not real good for fish and aquatic life forms since they can't get all those natural minerals that come in regular water (unless you reinput them in exactly correct proportion)!. For humans it's ok to drink but not all the time since you too need minerals to stay healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Go read wikipedia on reverse osmosis!.
Otherwise, go here and read about bottled water!.

I don't buy bottled water very often because if you read the labels most of the water comes "from a municipal source" or "from a community water system"!. This means it's the same thing as your tap water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
