my coach just told me that freezing your regular water can be dangerous!.

no i freeze my water all the time and i am perfectly normal!.
you just want to make sure that you don't want to leave it out in the sun otherwise chemicals will get into the water from the plasic this will only happen if the recycle symbol has a 7 in the middle of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

really i didnt know that!.!.we are always freezing our water!.!.esp when the hurricane season is now around us in fl!.!.
sometimes we dont drink the water but we will put the frozen bottle water in our cooler when we go grocery shopping because of the frozen stuff!.

don't fill the bottle before you freeze it, its not dangerous, it will just break the bottle, other then that, no problemWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's not dangerous!. The only thing to remember is that the density of water slightly increases when it's in a frozen state compared to a liquid state!. So, if you freeze a full water bottle, it could possibly bust the plastic bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you exercise vigorously and drink cold water, it can give you cramps!. But freezing regular water and saving for later!.!.!. no!. How do you think our main source of water comes from!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
