Am I a heavy tea drinker?!
I basically drink at least 5 cups of tea (black tea) every day!. Does it make me a heavy tea drinker!? Is it bad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

well its better than drinking 5 cups of coffee :)!.!.!.!.!.maybe 5 is a bit too much!.!.!.!.i'd say reduce it to 3!.!.!.!. 3 cups of tea per day is fine!.!.!.tea is actually very heatlhy to drink!.!.!.unlike coffee!.!.!.but im not sure about 5 cups lol!. my who family has been having 3 cups of coffee since they were born and there has been nothing wrong with them!. im sri lankan!.!.!.and generally sri lankans have 3 cups of tea per day!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It does sound a bit heavy maybe you could replace 2 of your 5 cups with herbal teas to cut down your caffeine intake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
