Question: Does Lemon Juice ever Rot!?
I want to keep a bottle of lemon juice around the house, so I was wondering if it ever went bad!. If so how long before it does go bad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will go bad just like any other fruit or fruit juice!. I know that concentrate has a long shelf life but once opened it does eventually go bad!. If using fresh juice you will probably get about a week or so maybe a tiny bit longer and the concentrate probably a bit longer than that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It does, but to prolong the life of your lemon juice, squeeze them into a plastic/ stainless container (w/ cover of course) in the refrigerator!. it will be fine for at least 4 to 5days!. after that, it's smelly & unconsumable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lol, i think it does, i stunk up my friends locker with sour milk and he put a half lemon inside it!. the next day it was coverd in fungi LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com
