You always hear that you need 8 glasses (cups) a day!. In all reality, everyone's different, but a good starting guide is to:

take your weight in pounds
divide it by two
and then drink that much in fluid ounces

An easy way to measure is that 1 cup is 8 oz and the normal size water bottles are 16 oz!. Personally, I just get one of the slightly larger 20 oz bottles so it's easy to measure!. Happy drinking :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not much!. Doctors and other people tell me to drink more water quite often, but I find it hard!. Water tastes really!.!.!. well taste-less!.
But I drink a lot of juice!. A lot!.
