Hi!! I no not how to do that but we used to make elderberry wine, it was lovely almost like a claret!. Our trouble now in the U!.K!. is to find the bushes, they seem to be disappearing so fast!. It`s a great pity!. We are losing those old recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
