Besides the color, is there any real difference between pink lemonade and regular lemonade?!

regular lemonade is just lemon, sugar and water,
wheras pink lemonade had syrup/grenadine added, so i guess is a bitt sweeter!.

people swear that there is no taste difference between the two, but i cannot stand to drink regular lemonade, i only like pink lemonade!.
