Question: How do you break the habit of drinking soda pop!?

Try to start drinking juices!. Realize how much money you waste a year by buying sodas!. But make it a habit to drink juice/flavored water/water!. Look at the labels a thinking about all of the sugar you're putting in your body!. also, think about the money you'll save by opting for water instead of tea or soda whenever you go out to eat!.

there really isn't a 'transitional' drink, it's better just to drop soda completely, or take it out of your diet bit by bit!. You'll notice once you stop drinking it, eventually the craving will go away as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's easy!.
I've done it 1000's of times!.
Which means,
almost impossible( for me anyway)!.
You need some strong will power
and get use to drinking water!.

I resigned myself to "Death By Soda Pop"!.

Shake all your cans or bottles up that way you'll remember that if you want to drink it, you'll have to explode it first!. It worked for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
