Tea Drinkers 2?!

Question: Tea Drinkers 2!?
I have always used tea bags!. But I have some open tea leaves!. How do I prepare them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
First of all, if you brew green or white tea, don't use boiling water; it'll cook the leaves and make your tea bitter!. Use very hot water (when it begins to ripple)!. If you're brewing black tea, boiling water is what's suggested, but I personally use rippling water!.

Always pour water on the leaves, not add the leaves after the water, or they won't open and you won't get the full flavor!.

You can leave the tea leaves in the bottom of the cup/tea pot, but the longer they stay there, the more you tea will get bitter!.
The best way is to get a teapot or tea cup with a built-in strainer!. You can also get a strainer made of bamboo or stainless steel to fit an individual cup!.
Let your tea infuse for 2-8 minutes, depending of the kind, grade and type you have!.
Some teas can be reinfused, some not!.

Remember to always store your tea leaves in an air-tight container (glass is better) and away from light to keep its freshness and full flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bring your water to a boil,
Add the tea leaves either in a strainer or directly to the pot!.
Let steep 5 min!. then, if in the pot pour thru a strainer into the cups!. If in a strainer just remove the strainer from the water and set aside!. It makes very nice tea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
