You can use them twice for a really good cup!. I'm sure you could do more, but the tea would be really weak!. I managed a Tea Cottage and we used them no more than twice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i use them twice (make a cup for me, a cup for my husband) and toss them out, mostly because i haven't found a way to store them where they aren't slimy when i come back for them!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
