Answers:
The pickup you're expecting comes from all that sugar and caffeine!. This can be within 5 minutes after downing it but you'll suffer a sugar/caffeine crash almost immediately after, so I'm not sure how beneficial it can be to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
