Answers:
If your milk is off you will definitely taste it! And spoiled milk probably won't make you sick anyway (except the taste!)

If your milk sits untouched in the fridge for a couple of days it forms a bit of a skin which breaks up in your coffee!. Mine did this the other day at work, and it was fine, but I still couldn't drink it looking at the skanky little floating bits so I poured it down the sink!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the flakes were probably from dried milk around the edges,, which are okay!. You won't get sick!. Half/half lasts longer than regular milk!. Especially if it smells okay, then don't worry!. But if you have more coffee and don't require the creme, you can use the 'when in doubt, throw it out' rule!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Is there an expiry date you can look at to see if it is!?

Milk should never be flakey!. Best to throw it away, buy a new carton of Half/Half and enjoy a better cup of coffee!.

Cost of new carton of milk < Cost of over the counter treatments!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think its okay!.!.!.Smt it is probably due to the temperature of the water!. But check the expiry date!. If the milk has passed the expiry date it will go stale and it stinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

spoiled milk will curdle in coffee or any other hot drink!.I wouldn't drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just dump it out and buy a new gallon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it just curdledWww@FoodAQ@Com
