i love red bull it gives you a buzz right away and it lasts for a while!. rock star and current are good too but red bull is the best, but i hate the no calorie version!.

As intened energy drinks are good for a boost of energy!. The problems come without proper hydration and consuming too many!. Red Bull recommends only haveing 1 to 2 a day and XS Energy, the top healthy energy drink recommends against having 2 of theirs in a day!.

First try water!. We require 1 ounce for every pound of body weight plus 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise!. On hot/dry days and climates even more is necessary!. Proper hydration increases motabolism and energy levels by 3%!. If you feel tired then drink 2 glasses of water!. If you feel better after 15 minutes then you were just dehydrated!. If not then try an energy drink!.

Now drinking one before a workout is OK but you must also drink at least one glass of water with it!. Caffeine dehydrates us since it takes more water to process than a caffeinated drinks provides!. So the last thing we want before exercising is to be dehydrated!. Drinking water with it will really help!.

The thing that makes energy drinks bad is the high level of sugar and caffeine in them!. But in moderation, e!.g!. 1 to 2 a day then they are fine!. Large amounts a day also give us more of the other stimulants than are actually needed!.

Healthy energy drinks like XS Energy, 5 Hour Energy and Stacker's 6 Hour Power are better becuase they have less calories, no sugar and less caffeine than regular energy drinks!. They also provide many more B vitamins which are essential to providing energy too!. But again moderation is essential!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They only give temporary boost and usually end up in a crash!.They also lose their power and cause fatigue!. If I were you, choose mutivitamins for things like that!. Once in a while they are okay, but they increase risks of heart disease and even neurological function because of the excessive amounts of taurine, ginseng and caffeine etc!. They also can contain tons of sugar which can cause weight gain and naturally a crash!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it can actually help you when you're working out your body in the gym, but i heard that it can actually help in the decrease of a manhood's size!.!.!.but i don't think so!.!.!.cuz i usually drink while on the gym and nothing happened about the size down there!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
