Question: Best beans for french press coffee!?
Howdy, Just bought a french press and grinder to use at my desk at work!. I have no idea as to which type of beans I should buy and use!. And I'm not a fan of anything "flavored"!. Just angry, angry coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
If money is no object, get Kona coffee, Arabica or Robusto!.

What's more important is how you grind your beans!. You should grind the beans just before brewing and use a coarse grind so that you don't end with a cup full of sludge!.

It would probably be best to use a darker roast for a more full-bodied flavor coffee!. French Presses usually make stronger coffee rather than weaker and their plungers work better with coarse-ground dark roast coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
