Yes, tea is good for you!. to state its qualities and benefits would create a VERY, VERY long response!. It depends on the type of tea!. Each type has different benefits!. Even the basic black cut tea which is in most regular iced teas are good for you!. But then so is green, white, chamomile and many more!. Green Tea is loaded with antioxidents, and white tea, which is the same but younger has even more!.
Black tea is what you are used to, the older tea leaves!. Seems to be neutral!.
Caffeine seems to be slightly good, and water is good!. Of course no sugar if you want to be healthy!.
It is a diuretic, (make you urinate a lot) and mildly difficult on your kidneys!.

just like previous posts, it contains antioxidant which can actually protect you from suffering cancer (simple word-to hard to explain)
but keep in mind that everything could be dangerous if you take excessively!.!.!.tea will remain healthy if you take it mildly!.!.!.because when you overtake it, it will cause diarrhea, bloating and certain health effect!.!.!.
