Normally it is the one that is closest to your body temperature!.
It may seem like when you are thristy or hot that a cold drink is cool and refreshing ti really is not!. If you drink cold water your body goes into heat up mode to warm it to body temperature!. That is the last thing you need when you are hot, reguardless of if it is a hot/dry day or you have been exercising!.
Plus if you are dehydrated the sooner you can use the water the better!. If you have to wait 10 minutes for it to warm up before you body can use it that is 10 minutes you can over exert yourself of simply just that much longer you can really feel run down and worn out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's tap water ur drinking then by boiling it your basically dissolvng the bad bacteria left in it, however hot/warm water is more unpleasant to drink then cold water!.
I'd say either get bottled mineral water and drink it cold,
or boil some tap water and put it in to a cup and put it in the fridge or freezer till it goes cold!. Or simpler get a filter!.

if you boil the water, it gets rid of bacteria, but cold water can be more refreshing, so i guess if you boiled water, THEN chilled it, it could be healthy AND refreshing!Www@FoodAQ@Com
