Espresso is the same everywhere you go!. The process is still the same (hot pressurized water to brew very fine consistency of grind), only difference is the taste which varies with the beans and amount of time it takes for a shot to be "pulled!."
Latte is espresso with steamed milk, basically!. Depending on milk (2%, Whole, Soy, Skim) it could potentially have more calories!.
