im doing a diet which says drink black coffee in breakfast and im so messed up right now as i dun know how to make it!.!.

You sound so stressed out! Luckily black coffee is just the same as normal but without milk - add a teaspoon to boiling water and add sugar to taste!. Personally I don't like it very much and if you find it tastes like tar then you could drink orange juice because this is healthier anyway and a whole lot more refreshing first thing in the morning!

I love nescafe gold blend!.!.
I just use a heaping teaspoon in a cup/mug of boiling water!.!.
(of course you are drinking it black) but i love coffee mate and sugar in mine!.!.!.
but ive tried 10 or more instant brands and nescafe gold blend is the best tasting instant around!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
