I'm wondering what's better / less bad for your health: dark roasted coffee, regular coffee, or mild coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Nothing has shown yet that a dark roasted coffee is better or worse for your health!. I can only tell you that the longer you roast, the more chemical changes occur and, in many cases, the darker roasted can result in a higher caffeinated beverage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on your taste!. Do you like stronger more robust coffee, or milder smoother flavor!. Try both and see what you like best!. Despite what others have said, coffee is good for you in moderation!. It is loaded with antioxidants and helps perk up the mind!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are all pretty much the same!. Just drink in moderation!. Choose the one that you enjoyed most I prefer mild roasted as it is less bitter and has more flavor then dark!.

The darker the roast, the less caffeine!. So if you are trying to reduce your caffeine ingestion, than wise up and sip the dark roast!. It tastes stellar too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
