I presume your wife drinks skimmed because she wants less fat content and not because of taste issues!. Adding water will not reduce the fat content but may suceed in duping your wife!. If you think its ok to be duping your wife however then she has more to worry about than which milk she is drinking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sorry to say, there is no remedy!. Adding water will make it taste lighter but will also make the milk look unappealing!. It will also make the milk go bad quicker!. Unfortunately, if you have a constant supply of semi-skimmed milk (whatever that is), the best answer is to teach her to enjoy it, or find another source of milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It isn't a remedy because you would also be thinning the milk solids!. But if it is only a taste preference, then by all means try it to see if she will drink it that way!. I suggest trying by substituting one quarter cup of water for one quarter cup of milk in a quart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

why don't you just buy a small container of skim milk for her!? You'd have to remove some of the cream to make the semi skim taste like skim, and since I'm guessing you don't live on a dairy farm, you can't do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

buy a bottle skimmed, pour the contents of semi skimmed away and pour the skimmed into the semi skimmed bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think you can!. Try soya milk if she wants it for diet reasons, much better for you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

That isn't the remedy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In that it tastes like water, just give her that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just add water til its really watery but still whiteWww@FoodAQ@Com

you need to remove the creamWww@FoodAQ@Com
