Coffee flavoring? Looking for a coffee flavor but without the caffeine. Any pointers.?!
I'm doing a no-caffeine regimen for reflux control but would like the coffee flavor in some foods or drinks - added to plain or vanilla yogurt for example!. I do use Tecchino "herbal coffee" and that flavor is ok but not very coffee-like!. More of a slightly sweet licorice flavor!. Doctor's advice is to skip even the decaf coffees and teas!. Herbals ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My gran used to have something called Camp Coffee in the early 70`s!. I remember it was in a long square bottle and it came out like liquid, and was measured on a spoon!. I sneaked a spoon full once thinking it was syrup!. Needless to say i was ill, and even now dont like the smell of coffee!Www@FoodAQ@Com
