Best way to crush ice for drinks?!
I've had morning sickness and found iced drinks like Slush Puppies really soothing!. There used to be a kids toy called Mr Frosty that was similar!.
I don't want anything big, but would like to have something in the kitchen that does the same thing that takes up as little room as possible!. I don't want to pay out for a food processor as I already have one of these but never use it! Any Ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You want an ice shaver (not a crusher), makes you ice like in slush puppies, then you pour neat squash and there's your homemade Slush Puppy!. It costs less than £20 and comes out of hibernation every summer for my daughter and her friends!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You say you have a food processor but do you have a blender!? A blender, like an Osterizer, works great for crushing ice - and it does it quickly!.

Place ice-cubes in a strong plastic bag and beat the cubes with a hammer or something, it works!. I have an Ice-crusher and it works fantastic!. Good luck!.:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
