Answers:
It depends on the flavor, I like some of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never tried it because I don't think it is worth the money!.

I already drink enough water!. I also supplement my diet with vitamins daily as we all should be doing!. When I am out and need something to drnik I will get just plain water!. Why pay more for extra caolries, sugar, and vitamins I don't need!?

This is just a marketing ploy to take advantage of health conscious but ignorant people!. There is absolutely no reason to have to add stuff to something else like this!. There is a reason for energy drinks and sports dinks and I do use them!. Adding stuff like calcium to antancids becasue antacids depletes the body of calcium is fine!. So is adding vitamin D, magnesium, and maganese to milk becasue they help in the absorption of the calcium!. However, adding vitmains to water is unnecessary and a waste of consumer money that needs to be put in gas tanks now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The science I've seen behind it is not encouraging!. I don't think it's worth the money!. It's best to get your nutrients from food first, then from nutritional supplements!.

To your health!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really like it! My top three flavors are Focus(Pink), Essential(orange), and Defense(dark red-ish)!. The flavors are Strawberry Kiwi, tangerine, and apple-raspberry I think!. They are like Gatorade, but not as sweet which is personally what I prefer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vitamin water is amazing!. the green tea one is the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

too much hype for what it isWww@FoodAQ@Com

i like it!.!. my favorite is the pink!!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
