1-Coffee and tea have no calories and they speed up your metabolism, so they are not fattening at all if you don't add milk and sugar!. If you add milk and sugar, a teaspoon of sugar is 20 cal, a tablespoon of cream is about 20, and a tablespoon of skim milk is about 6-7 calories!.
2- real traditional cappuccino made with milk froth has about 40-50 calories!. If you like the popular chain-store versions with whipped cream, sprinkles, and sugary syrups they can be up to a thousand calories!. Just stick with traditional cappucino!.
3- drinking chocolate!. The calories really depend on how much milk and how much sugar you use, but it's usually between 100 and 300 cal!.
I have no idea what cordial is!. If it's the syrupy drink that you dilute with water, then it has about 40 calories per tablespoon of undiluted syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
