Question: What makes tea foam!?
When you brew tea, what makes the fine layer of white foam on top!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
it can be the lime in the water,or even if the water hasn't completely boiled it can happen, tea requires boiling water immediately poured coffee requires boiled water off the boil!.Another thing with tea is for it to brew properly it has to be fresh boiled water not water that's been boiled before as all the oxygen has left the water if boiled twice the oxygen is needed for brewing to happen rather than stewing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it's the tannic acid in the tea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
