Selling milk past its experation date?!
Is it legal to sell milk past its expiration date!? I was at the Dollar Tree yesterday and saw them selling milk 1 day past its expiration date at the "special" price of 2 for 1 dollar!. It is legal for them to sell it!? Can I report them for this poor business practice!?

That depends on the jurisdiction!. In some (most[!?]) it is very much illegal!. In some it is frowned upon!. If it were meat products, then it is very much illegal in almost every jurisdiction!
In any case, in most products, you have a window of up to 7 to 10 days after the "Best Before" date (and in some cases, this window can be MONTHS after the date passes)!. If properly refrigerated, most dairy products can still be consumed up to a week or so after the so-called expiry date passes!. However, if the date is more than a couple days passed, check it (odour/etc) before consuming it!.
