Answers:
diet drinks aren't the best for you because of the chemicals!. but the regular drinks have high fructose corn syrup which isn't sugar!. It is a highly processed form of sugar!.

coke from mexico has real sugar in it, which is why a lot of americans go there to drink coke!. supposedly it tastes better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say regular!. Lab tests have shown that some artificial sweeteners can cause cancer, but the "dosage" of those sweeteners far exceeds what most people would ever see due to normal dietary intake!. Tests involving reasonable dosage are entirely inconclusive!. Diet sodas are generally slightly more acidic than regular, which can have a more profound effect on the GI tract, which in my mind is worse than the risk of cancer since acute malnutrition is more pronounced in regards to overall bodily effect than a simple probablity of a desiese that may or may not occour!. The added calories of a regular soda or two a day generally can be counteracted by simply increasing the daily activity, which is better for health overall anyhow!. The discussions with pros and cons can go on and on, however it depends on your dietary goals and habits!. Generally I would say Diet soda is worse, however with a very balanced diet with a high rate of consumption of soda, then the drawback of calorie content makes regular worse!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its best to drink neither!. The choices are between cancer causing fake sugars and diabetes causing regular sugars!. Skip the soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular, we don't need all that sugar, but then we don't need all that caffeine either!. I drink diet caffeine free Coke or Pepsi!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
