Chocolate, oh my God, chocolate in France is heaven!.!. Usually much darker and aromatic than normal milk chocolates, I bought big chocolate bouquets from small chocolate shops in France!. They have nuts in them and are so beautiful, I couldn't eat them, till, you know, I had a piece, and well, they're no longer flowers I can tell ya!.!. LOL!
Burgers and meat, well, most French people don't eat burgers with buns, but serve them like a steak with french fries!. If you're in France, I would suggest you go for their steak tartare (raw steak) if you dare, but maybe on the last day of your trip so if you do get food poisoning (very rare in France), you won't feel so bad!.!.
Instead of burgers, I went for the Middle-Eastern doner kebab sandwiches that line the streets and they're AWESOME!.!. Best kebab sandwiches I have ever had in my lifetime!.!.
Fizzy juice, fizzy juice, well, juices are more expensive than their champagnes so I would suggest you buy a bottle of orange juice and top it with champagne!.!. Ha ha ha!
BTW, if you're in France, you have to try their espresso, the crunchy delicious addictive French baguette, the Nutella and banana crepes from the street stalls in front of the Eiffel Tower, their unbelievably great desserts from Pierre Hermes, their 'oh-so-melt-in-your-mouth JAMON IBERICO (Ham from a black pig and is actually from Spain but they sell them everywhere in Europe)!.!.
And oh, strangely enough, the Vietnamese restaurants in France are one of the BEST!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I lived in France for 3 years, although it was in the 90s not recently!. Chocolate is devine!. As to burgers and meat, I never did see a burger anywhere although you would find them in the cities to cater to tourists!. Meat is good too, although I didn't eat all the meat they cook (horse, tongue etc!.!. too exotic for my Irish tastes)!. Meat that I would eat, steak, chicken, duck, was always fresh - never frozen and delicious!. Fizzy drinks again, not too much of that either!. I didn't live in Paris or a tourist area, and most people drank mineral water, fruit juice and wine!. A typical meal would consist of fresh salad, meat, veg and cheese!. a lighter meal would be smoked sausage and cheese!. I loved the food, it was very healthy!. I'm sure a French national will answer better than me though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Okay, so the chocolate is amazing!. Nutella (a chocolate/hazelnut smear) is good on toast!. I never tried the burgers, I'm pretty sure they aren't like the American ones!. The ham is very good!. All over France are these big chunks of meat that I'm pretty sure is pork!. A lot of people eat that!. Soda is expensive in France, so don't buy a whole lot!. Orangina is a fizzy orange drink that is very popular there and tastes like our orange Fanta!. It's good!. France has crepe stands everywhere, so be sure to stop there!. It has great food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
