As long as you can sleep at night and you don't suffer muscle twitching, gut cramps, or diarrhea, then you are not getting too much caffeine!. What counts more than the number of cups, of course, is the amount of caffeine!. The good varieties of coffee actually have less caffeine per cup than the ordinary brands!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do try to cut down by 2 cups and then later by another 2!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you drink 8 cups a day at once it's unhealthy!. Too much caffeine from the coffee will mess you up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
