Can I work at Starbucks or Jamba Juice?!
I'm almost 15, and I am getting a work permit soon!. I want a job because I am saving up money for a Mac and I like responsibility, so don't tell me I shouldn't rush because I have all my life to work!. So, do I have a chance of getting hired by Starbucks or Jamba Juice!? Or what jobs can I get at 14 or 15!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say you would probably get a better chance at working at jamba juice, but i think i remember that the minimum working age is 16 for those companies!. i guess it really depends on the managers though, so go for it! make sure you interview good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Unfortuantely you will have to wait to work at Starbucks for another year!. The minimum age to work there is 16, and that's if they will even hire a minor!. The store I work at doesn't have minors because there are too many restrictions!.
I'm not sure about Jamba Juice though!.
You can work at Chik-Fil-a though and look for some small stores in the historic part of your town, they will hire you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have to be at least 18 to work at Starbucks (our espresso machines count as "heavy machinery" and most (if not all) state laws won't allow minors to operate heavy machinery)!. Don't know about Jamba Juice, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
