No it is not!. This is s prime example of how a little knowledge can do a lot of damage!. The only problems people have with it is by using too much of it!. Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day!. The 2nd largest selling energy drink, which is also the 1st and largest healthy energy drink, XS Energy recommends having only one and no more than 2 a day!.

There are things to be concerned about!. 26 - 34 g of sugar per serving!. 50 mg of caffeine per serving!. Taurine!. Guarna!. Each of these is a cause for concern so people here this then go spouting off at the mouth for all that will, or even won't listen about how bad they are!. THEY ARE NOT!

I can go into each but I will actually keep this post short!. Suffice it to say that is used as intended and in moderation there is no reason to worry about the concerns people have about energy drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any kind of energy drink isn't bad for you but if you have too much of it, then its bad for you!. It has so much caffeine in it that it speeds up your heart which can go to fast you can die!. I can't drink monster because I only had half of one and I felt like I couldn't breathe, so I stopped drinking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lol you say it's kinda tasty!.!.!. Redbull, Rockstar, Monster all 3 taste the exact same, but redbull is a smaller can then the RS and the monster!. its just a preference of compagny!.!.!.

if it's bad, yea if u take more then 3in one shot!. that can be bad!. you can become crazy and really hyper, espacialy for people over 40+ and people under 10-!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Too much caffeine, for one thing!.!.!.but hey, as long as you don't have several drinks of caffeinated beverages a day, and are aware of the high sugar content, go ahead and enjoy a can or two a week!Www@FoodAQ@Com
