Easy Eggnog

6 eggs
3 cups milk
8 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

In a large bowl, beat the eggs using an electric beater (if available)!.
By turn, add milk & sugar!.
Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly!.
Add in the vanilla essence & ground nutmeg!.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What you need to make eggnog is some Malta eggs and removes the eggs white and keep online the yolk and some sugar with cinnamon!.

First if u had a blender add at least 2 cup of Malta with a about 3 spoon full of sugar and a cup of milk!.

Then add add about 3 eggs of any size or grades and remove the eggs white and keep the yolk!.

Blend or mix into the blender to make eggnog and when finished add some cinnamon then blend again!.

Then after mixing the egg yolk the Malta and the sugar and cinnamon then add the eggnog into the refrigerator so that later it will taste good and taste better!.

I always make Malta using Malta that is from Goya or regular Malta it will taste awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart milk
1/3 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt

Beat eggs; mix in condensed milk, vanilla, quart of milk and salt!.
Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form!. Fold in to egg and milk mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg!. Serve chilled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
