Answers:
Herbal teas can expire just like any other tea!. If left for too long, the substances that give the tea its flavor will gradually be broken down and partly evaporate, leaving a tea that has a much weaker taste!.

Herbal teas are often not oxidized, and oxidation increases the shelf life of a tea!. For that reason, you can probably expect that the year-old tea you found will not taste the way it would have when it was fresh!.

But there's no risk in trying, so I suggest you brew it and find out for yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure, drink it, if it tastes bad throw it out!. There's nothing un-healthy about it, it may just be dried out, depending on the amount of air that got to it and the exact length since the tea was harvested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

as long as it is dry, it can't expire!. I actually found some oolong tea from about 5 years ago and it still tastes good!. It's also loose leaf tea, so I'm sure tea bags are fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can drink it, but the herbs will be less intense!. just make sure you keep it in a cool dry place!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
