Hi guys. please help me to choose an attractive name for my coffee shop?!
beside espresso based drinks I'll serve panini's and natural fruit juice!. location is very ethnic and social!.
here i have some followed by !.!.!.kaffeehaus (German) or cafeteria (is a type of food service location in which there is little or no table service):

i think we probably need more information to give you the right answer, as in which city are you opening in, what sector of the market you are targeting (budget/city luncher/exclusive/whatever)
but in the absence of all that, and limiting myself to the list you provide, i like the sound of 'Galatz'!.
definitely don't call it 'cafeteria' as this is a byword for mediocrity to most people (i think!)
gusto sounds as though it might give you flatulence

i like gaby,s sounds right and natural plus theirs alot of restaurants that use person name but since its a coffee shop i like the name bean valley since coffee are beans same thing wit chocolateWww@FoodAQ@Com
