Pub Coke....?!

Question: Pub Coke!.!.!.!.!?
Pub coke, its only pepsi or cokecola but it taste diffrent why is this!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The method used to produce it is slightly different!.

Basically, you have a box of cola syrup and this is fed through a line into the tap!. The tap has one large hole in the centre and several small holes around the outside!. As the syrup comes out through the middle hole, carbonated water (soda water) comes out of the other holes, producing a different (cheaper) taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're in glass bottles!. Coke and pepsi taste different depending on what material the container is!. When coke is out of a can it tastes best in my opinion!. Out of a polystyrene cup it's horrible!. Polystyrene cups make all drinks taste peculiar!. I don't know why lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

because its 'post mix' coke - it is basically a syrup which is mixed with carbonated water when it comes out of the gun behind the bar!. SO it is a bit different and sometimes if the post mix is running out, it is not sweet enough and tastes minging!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because it's syrup mixed with carbonated water and the ratio of coke to water weakens as it runs out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi I always thought this, I use to actually prefer the ones you get at a pub but nowadays it taste watered down alot, I had no idea they make it with water and syrup yuk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well coke and pepsi are like secret recipes no one could ever copy them but most likely the difference in the corn syrupWww@FoodAQ@Com

Canned and bottled drinks are premixed and are not as fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because it's mixed out of a syrup, if you want proper coke ask for a bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

because they have different quantities of sugar e!.t!.cWww@FoodAQ@Com

Dont know which pub you go to but i dont find it!. Different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
