well it is bad for you cause it has so many calories and stuff and also it is about the same as soda so just be careful just stick to drinking water or juices!!! or maybe even flavored water just check the label first or research what the best kind is so good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
Well in moderation none of those are bad for you!.
Regular energy drinks have a large amount of sugar and caffeine in them!. They also has some B vitamins!.
Vitamin water has sugar and vitamins!. Mostly likely the same stimulants as energy drink minus caffeine!. But I am not 100% sure of the caffeine part though!.

No because red bull and monster are packed with sugar and vitamin water is packed with vitamins!. duh!. hence the word "VITAMIN" in Vitamin Water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
