It's important to consult a qualified health professional before trying a juice fast!.
Possible Side Effects of a Juice Fast

Common temporary side effects of a juice fast include headaches, tiredness, hypoglycemia, constipation, acne, increased body odor, and bad breath!.

Other side effects of a juice fast can include fainting, dizziness, low blood pressure, heart arrhythmias, weight loss, hunger, vomiting, diarrhea, and kidney problems!. If these side effects occur, there is a worsening of symptoms, or new symptoms appear, the fast should be discontinued and it should prompt an immediate visit to a qualified health professional!.

Another possible side effect of a juice fast is diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration and electrolyte loss!.

yes, it's very healthy!. you would lose weight very fast, BUT ONLY IF IT'S FRESH SQUEEZED JUICE!! Not the kind you buy from the store, but when you buy the fruits and squeeze them through a juicer!.
I AM SERIOUS!! I know a man who tried this diet before, by drinking store-bought orange juice for a week, and had to be rushed to the emergency room, he nearly died!

There are a few things you should know before attempting this because it's very dangerous!!!

1) Don't drink too much water!! There is such a thing as water poisoning, and can lead to death! Yes, drinking too much water can kill you!.

2) you might want to drink just fresh squeezed juice, and completely leave the water out, since juice already is a lot of liquid!. If you drink juice, you won't die without water!.

3) Don't do it for more than 3 -4 days, otherwise, once you start eating again, you'll gain back twice the weight!
BE CAREFUL!!

If you start to feel faint, like you're about to pass out, please eat an apple or a banana at least!

Good luck, and be safe!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would be healthier than the average bear!. No wait that is smarter than the average bear!. !.!.!.um!.!.!. you would be healthier than the average person!.

Do you mean instead of other liquids or all day instead of food too as in fast!?

You will clean your system faster with a fast of just water!. But if you are doing it to cut out foods to fast for a bit of a weight loss then you still don't want to have too much juice!. It will still have some calories!. You will drink more since you are not eating so make sure you just don't replace food calories with juice calories or you won't see the results you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
