The ivory coast make the most cocoa with 45% of cocoa (it used to be Ghana but they have fallen to 15%)
Chocolate itself is Greece believe it or not with 12% of all production followed by Belgium at 8!.5% and then Ireland, Germany and Denmark at between 8!.1-8!.2%

My guess is Belgium!. This country produces 172,000 tons of chocolate per year in over 2,130 chocolate shops!.
